Testosterone Replacement Therapy
Testosterone levels in men can start declining during their 20s, with a more noticeable decline in their 40s and 50s. This noticeable decline is usually accompanied by fatigue, increased body fat, low sex drive, and other symptoms. Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) is a method of restoring testosterone and aiming to relieve these symptoms, using compounded hormones that are identical in structure to those your body naturally produces.
This method uses pellets, which are about the size of a grain of rice, for testosterone replacement. Your medical professional at Gateway Regenerative Medicine inserts these tiny pellets under the skin during a simple, in-office procedure. The pellets will then dissolve slowly over time – they only need to be re-administered approximately every 3-5 months, depending on the patient. As the pellets dissolve, they release a steady stream of hormones into your bloodstream, and will ultimately be completely absorbed, leaving nothing behind. Most people see results after their first round of pellets, however it may take up to two pellet insertions before experiencing their desired results, which can include:
- Higher energy levels
- Reduction in body fat
- Increased stamina and sexual performance
- Boosted sexual desire
- Lower risk of heart disease
- Improved blood cholesterol
- Maximized mental function

Erectile Dysfunction Treatment
Erectile dysfunction in men is caused by a build-up of micro-plaque within the blood vessels of the penis called atherosclerosis. This micro-plaque continues to build and build, restricting blood flow to the blood vessels which results in weak or limp erections. Erectile dysfunction can crop up in men as early as their 30s.
Gateway Regenerative Medicine uses non-invasive Shockwave Therapy to treat ED and provide results that last. Shockwave Therapy breaks apart micro-plaque buildup in the blood vessels and even encourages new blood vessels to grow. After the first treatment, many men reported larger and fuller erections, increased sensitivity during intercourse, and reaching their “goals” quicker. And Shockwave Therapy benefits last longer and have a greater success rate than pills or injections.
